You have to follow that up with moonwalking off the field.

Nobody remembers the singer. The song remains.

I'd love to know how they expected this to go.

Every time I see someone with a vehicle tied to anything, and taking a run at pulling, I'm always sure I'm about to watch an axle get yanked out or something equally catastrophic, because never take a run at pulling something.

That... looks like a papaya tree. Once those things start to rot they're pretty easy to knock down. No wonder the stump was left in the ground.

yeah I did not expect that to come down that easy or be that soft and light

shit that's very nearly a real solid plan then. Put a heavy tarp on your car to protect the paint. Done.

edit: on viewing it again, I don't think they give a shit about their paintjob, and this went exactly according to plan

also, does someone have any papaya trees I can smash

If it had been a foot or two taller they absolutely would have smashed in their windshield

I don't think so. The trunk hits the nose of the car there, and that force is what causes everything above that point on the tree to break and slough off. The impact on the windshield is probably equivalent to a high five.

There should have been counter-tension on the top of that trunk, pulling it in the opposite direction. That way, when the stump came loose, the tree would fall away from the car. If you've ever watched professional tree cutters cutting down branches near delicate stuff, they'll have what they're cutting tied off in such a way as to pull it away from the delicate bits.

But also, a trunk that soft, you probably could have given it a solid shove or get a blunt axe in there and take it down with as much trouble.

They say approximately 1 in 5 males will experience such a condition in their lives.

First time I ever used a bench wire wheel I ended up pulling out a piece of wire embedded about a half inch in my eyebrow

full face mask and leather apron every single time after that. even if I'm only using it for a few seconds
