Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes (Suikoden)
What is it?
Suikoden devs decided they want to relive their glory days and set about to make their own Suikoden spiritual successor, using the framework fans and devs loved from the PS era (Suikoden 2) while being inspired by the visuals of Octopath Traveler and mechanical possibilities found in modern JRPGs. You're going to see your non-standard weapon wielding main character, six-person party, 108
100 stars of destiny
heroes, fortress building, wars, etc.
A Kickstarter campaign for Eiyuden Chronicle will open on Monday, July 27 (no linking it in this thread) and run throughout the month of August, seeking $500,000 in funding for a PC version. A stretch goal will be in place for additional PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Switch (or current Nintendo console) versions. The planned release is currently set for 2022.
