Pax West/ Online Merch

Sorry if this isn’t the correct place to ask this but I need to know. I placed an order for the Pax West merch on August 31 an haven’t heard a thing since I got the confirmation email. Is anyone else in the same boat? I also ordered Online merch and haven’t heard anything more than the confirmation email. My wife also ordered West merch and got her order a week after she placed it.
