I have a feeling that the "cast two spells in a turn" deck is going to want that one a lot.
I think most decks will find a 2-mana colorless 2/3 appealing. Not good for aggro but taking a hit T2 to have a better T3 boardstate isn't bad for midrange or slow limited decks.
I think aggro is fine playing this, just not hoping that this their T2 play. Spend turn 5 dropping 3 spells seems legit. Also lets them bluff one of the very good combat tricks we've seen.
I like the look of that god the cosmos, after some thoughts
a 2/3 with flying is a decent blocker against mono red and mono white, and that you can swing and get a scry 2 is also really good. If you then play them as a god, you can basically fix your draw so you're getting potentially a draw 2 and a pretty beefy creature. I'd be tempted to make a foretell deck, mono blue or U/G. It's quite possible that he might easily get to be a 7/7 or 8/8 for 5 mana that is drawing you cards every turn your opponent can't kill them and they are in a very protectable colour (negate etc)

That could be good
Humor can be dissected as a frog can, but dies in the process.
Reading the second part of the Planeswalker's Guide today, it's really interesting how they chopped up the Nine Realms and reassembled them to fit the ten color pairs.
Some of them are just 1 to 1 analogues. Bretagard is just Midgard and Axgard is just Nidavellir.
Skemfar is Vanaheim and Alfheim and Svartalfheim all rolled into one.
A punch of realms have pieces of Asgard and Niflheim. Like Istfell is the home of the gods, which is an Asgard thing, but it's also covered in a perpetual mist, which is a Niflheim thing, and it's an afterlife for people who didn't die in battle like Hel. Valhalla, which is just part of Asgard in Norse myth, got split into two realms. Starnheim got the part about being a heavenly afterlife for those who die bravely. Immersturm got the part about being an eternal battlefield where fallen warriors are immediately revived to rejoin the fight again. The shapeshifters of Littjara take inspiration from the mist-creatures of Niflheim.
Surtland is Muspelheim but with Jotunheim's frost giants. Gnottvold also has some Jotunheim influences with its extinct race of non-elemental giants, but it's clearly meant to evoke stuff like Beowulf rather than any of the Nine Realms.
Karfell is also not really based on any of the Nine Realms, just the general pop culture trope of Vikings leaving behind undead guards to protect their barrows. You see it in stuff like Skyrim and God of Four.
That seems like an auto include for esper/azorius control

yeah, it's sort of weird, but then I thought Birth of Meletis was a boring stack of nothing and that shit gets played all the time.
On the other hand, Birth is cheaper and gives control decks stuff to do in early turns when they might not have anything else going on, while this one needs a bit of setup to get the full bang for your buck. I guess the idea is turn 2 foretell something, turn 3 play this gain 2, turn 4 you get free mana to cast your foretold instant/sorcery, turn 5 you get it back. Ultimately a 1-for-1 with a few perks. I dunno, it'll depend on whether there's worthwhile foretell stuff. The counterspell seems good, there'll probably be at least one more.
Well that's a nice limited card. Dunno how it'll fare in constructed, but that is very, very spicy in limited. Kill spell, pump a threat, and gain a decent chunk of life? Yes please.
2 mana fight is already fairly on cost. Last part seems eh tho

It's a little awkward that the fight comes before the pump; you need something beefy out already to take full advantage i.e. live through the fight. Two counters afterwards is nothing to sneeze at though.
Birth of Meletis is good because a lot of slower decks in the current meta don't have a ton of great T2 plays and getting one that smooths your mana and stonewalls aggro a bit is better than just cycling a counterspell or running narrow 2-CMC answers.
Niko Defies Destiny is... not that. It has pretty strict deckbuilding requirements and none of the chapters are particularly great. It's also got kind of an awkward tension; using it to ramp a foretell card out early means gaining 2 life at most and maybe not having any foretell cards in the bin for part 3, and using it late is kind of playing for tempo (pay a bit now to get a bit back later) when you want to be playing for card advantage. If there were a lot more powerful Foretell instants/sorceries I could see it going somewhere, but at best it's like... you curve out into 2 4/4 angels on T4 and can cast it again later, or you pay a total of 5 mana to scry 2 draw 2.

Going to be honest, that's scary on a 2 drop. It's usually not hard to cheat one out at instant speed, and 1 power deathtouch guys tend to go unblocked... I'm wondering how easy it is for him to sneak in 6-8 counters that way.

I really like this card. That's a cheap price to pay to make a board wipe completely one-sided.

thats a drain 1 on attack per deathtoucher, still good as a secondary though, I can see retooling a monoblack blightfang deck to incorporate green pretty easily.

Is it good? Who cares
Play that and Alrund and gimme all the cards and creatures that draw cards and get bigger as I get more cards
And like, hard exile removal and shit

The troll one is the only one we haven't seen, right? They should be interesting, since the Hagi Troll and the Torga Trolls are very different.
