I mean paying 4 to draw a card each turn in Esper colors is bad. You can play Phyrexian Arena. Even Kumena's Awakening is better.

I also think that it being more likely to replace itself before being removed since it draws at EOT isn't nothing. The healing decks might also not really hate the off side. Lots of triggers for lifegain, they may want to pad their life totals anyways if they're lower to try to get back into Aetherflux range, etc.

All 10 of these are nuts. I think the BW Angel might be the weakest but that's because I have a problem seeing "play two spells" be a thing in that color combination, foretell or not.

Pemmin's Aura or Freed from the Real, probably. Training Grounds only lowers the cost of creatures, so Crab Umbra doesn't work.
However, you're still off by one since you need to pay to untap as well. Doubling Season fixes that, I guess.
This combo isn't that great, to be honest, it needs four specific cards in three colors for a bunch of mana to get... infinite tapped manaliths? You need a fifth card to get a payoff, preferably something that doesn't need to wait for them to untap.

Once per instance of lifegain. One trigger draining each opponent for 1 life (Agent, extort)? One trigger. 15 1/1s with lifelink dealing combat damage? 15 triggers.
One of my opponents in the Artisan FNM the other day was clearly not aware of this. I had a Blight-Priest out along with 2 Bastion of Remembrance and a Relic Vial. I attacked with 5 1/1 tokens (3 cats and the two Soldiers from the Bastions). They were at 20 (had an 8/9 flier with lifelink) but lethally blocked all 5 anyway. 20 triggers later they were dead.

Edit I actually think it’s over costed at 5 CMC, just the WBR cost is probably enough to keep it balanced.
At WBR this would be absolutely insane. A far better smothering tithe at a lower CMC is crazy.

I done gone and did it. I sold my non trash rares off including my dual lands. It was mostly stuff from this and last year's standard, but I got a decent chunk of change and a copy of fire emblem for the switch lol. But that's probably it for me and magic save some pauper stuff.
I kinda think magic is on the decline as any sort of social vehicle though. Arena was killing it on its own imo then the pandemic just made things worse.
I'm going to have to get a bunch of the snow lands from kaldheim though because the modern masters ones all look very phallic.

The key text is about it only giving foretell to cards that don't have it. That keeps it from giving out alternate foretell costs and also keeps design space open for other cards that provide the same effect (meaning we should never expect anything that lets you foretell non-foretell things and make them cost say, 1 less to cast)
