    I am at an airport lounge again because my life took a left turn into the kind of absolute insanity I wish I could share with all of you but I am pretty sure I cannot.

    I am not even sure how much time I will be able to continue spending here - if some of these things that I am doing land (and it really looks like they will), I’ll probably have to be more careful regarding my social presence.

    I truly feel like I am living in an unfilmed season of Silicon Valley.

    I don’t plan on disappearing quite yet - but it is something in the cards. Some of my new clients get a fair amount of online scrutiny and I may end up public facing for them - if that happens, I will probably need to harden the firewall.

    Real talk I don’t know how good the pay would need to be for me to need to cut ties with my online friends... I don’t think there’s a price high enough for that.

    This chat title reminds me of "implied spaces", a term and the name of a novel by Walter Jon Williams.

    An implied space is one that wasn't designed, it just happened due to circumstances. One example was (because this is pretty much post-singularity scifi) a desert next to a mountain when terraforming a planet. A river will form between them due to weather patterns, and that river is an implied space.

    Also I think I'm over the hump on this cold I have but I spent ALL (I mean 10AM to 12AM) DAY on the living room couch playing Mass Effect yesterday and that's some shit I haven't done in a LONG time. (not just ME, but just sitting down and playing games and not doing a million chores) and it felt like heaven.

    Angels caressed my calves so well I didn't even get a leg cramp from it.

    it's all good. I was able to get the procedure corrected and have never felt better...although I barely sleep now and I'm hornier than a teenager...
