Brig - You may not move, draw Crisis Cards, or add more than 1 card to skill checks. You may not move to this location with your normal movement. Action: Pass this skill check to move to any Galactica location. [Skill 7: Politics, Tactics]
But if you don't get crises, you also don't get jump prep and you can't contribute as much to the checks you do get. If the humans get the Cylons in the brig it's great, but if they are wrong it's easy for the Cylons not in the brig to fail all the checks. Or they can reveal as Cylons and slowly kill from the other board.

So:
You can use Movement cards in the Brig (presumably to get another action to escape the Brig with).
If you don't escape the Brig, there will be no Crisis card.
If you reveal as Cylon, your turn will immediately end even if you have actions remaining, and there will be no Crisis. The ability on your Cylon loyalty card will also not fire, unless you are out of the Brig.
You will get a Super Crisis, but probably won't have another turn to use it in.
