Way to convert Stardock Impulse/Gamestop licenses into Steam?

Hothouse Games for years has been refusing to help me with licensing issues with Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness Episodes 1 & 2 that I bought on Stardock Impulse (before Gamestop bought Impulse and turned it into their game store for a few years). Gamestop has also been no help every time I've reached out to them. I see that Episodes 1 & 2 are on Steam - is there some way I can convert my old licenses into Steam licenses so I can play the games again?

    For what they cost, is it not just easier to rebuy them? I mean it's £2.09. Is it worth your time saving that much?
