Ruined King has been pretty good so far. I only have about 6 hours of playtime on it, but I have enjoyed it. Good voice acting, good turn-based RPG combat, and the primary artwork is by Joe Madureira so it's pretty amazing.

Aww they rebooted it and it sucked? I liked watching that show. Though I always felt bad that certain colored teams never won or rarely if ever did.

Ruined King is pretty fun. Classic RPG feel. And yeah, the writing for the character interactions is well done, well voiced, and just really fun to listen to.

I mean, it's not all bad. But it comes off as even more rigged than the objectively rigged original, and also for some reason Olmec talks like a British noble now.
One of the rooms involves ripping the hearts out of skeletons which is pretty metal but overall, yeah, it wasn't that good.

TIL they rebooted Legends of the Hidden Temple. I watched it as a kid because what else was there to do in the pre-internet era, really?
It seems weird that it would have been rigged- I don't recall anything resembling a narrative for these teams. Were they even the same kids week-to-week?
