OK I am the only one that has bought this by the looks of things, so here is my mini review:
it sucks.
So unbelievably slow, and getting used to the small SMALL screen is hard as well.
and slow.
I would say wait until it drops in price, or goes on sale, I regret the purchase.
I wanted to make a "DS POST!!" the night I got it, but I fell asleep while waiting for the PA site to load. I wish I was joking.

Are you sure it wasn't the internet connection? The video review seemed decent....
Edit: Would an advanced cell phone be able to display web content at a much faster rate than is apparently experienced? I'm watching a video review on YouTube right now, and Gizmodo/Kotaku both take ~1:30 to load. CNN.com takes like 3 minutes! I wonder how much faster it is without images, since there is an option to remove images and keep formatting....
OK, so I have played with it a bit more tonight and while I am not totally ok with it, and am still bummed I paid full price, its not so bad. Whatever you do do not buy it for 34.99 like Gamestop has listed, I believe it is supposed to retail for 29.99, at least thats what I paid. If you can wait, do, as it should drop in price down the road.
Be aware that it asks for a password to be set from the get go, if you buy it used make sure you get the password with it as it cannot be changed later, or so I have read on some other forums, people got used copies that had already had the password set.
Hopefully there will be some games people make that will be compatable with the DS down the road, as it is I could not see much, again, too bad there is no Flash support.
My main gripe is how a website is presented, since you have such a small screen side to side it stretches a website downwards quite a ways to get all the info in there.

I have it since the european launch. Honestly, it isn't the internet connection - this thing is slow for everything which contains at least a tiny bit of graphics. The 39$ (or how much you are paying for DS games over there) are better spend on actual games. Period.
Its even useless for Wardriving - also because of the DS less then stellar reception. I've found several open hotspots in my neighborhood which the DS couldn't access. Toying with different network settings isn't much fun because you most likley reach the age of 60, before you are through all different combinations of network settings. (config menu, saving, testing - wait 20 seconds til the connection times out, input another setting.)
The interface is nice, but you can clearly feel and experience that the DS wasn't created with webbrowsing capabilities in mind. The additional RAM module is also an inconvenience. Remove cover or GBA game, remove DS game, put in DS browser and RAM module in there. Sounds simple at first. But after a few times you won't even bother anymore.

You can change that. You can make it so that it displays webpages normally - on one screen it'll show it full-sized, and on the other it'll show a zoomed in portion. I know there's an option for it in one of the menus, and I'm pretty certain one of the buttons along the bottom adjusts it too.
There seems to be a lot of hate for this thing, and I'm not really sure why. For me, it's brilliant - the two main occasions I have nothing to do would have to be on my lunch break at work, and waiting at my bus stop. And guess what? Free wi-fi at both of those places.
Sure, it's a little slow, but if you've ever had 56k... well, it's faster than that. The thing is really only designed for briefly checking your email or whatever, and for that it's pretty much perfect.
I'm curious to know how it does with Google mobile stuff... which... when I had a PSP... worked awesomely
Seems like it would be even more awesome with a stylus

Unfortunately there is no Flash support, so not sure how many games one could find out there.

Edit: Looks like you have to order it direct from nintendo.com.
