The anticipation of Monday is the source of like 98% of my anxiety and depression
I have never looked into but about a decade ago one of my psychs told me that on average Sunday night is the worst night's sleep for most people and i refuse to entertain the possibility that it is not correct. Trying to fall asleep thinking about going to a job that makes you want to veer into oncoming traffic sucks ass.

Tuesday is easily the worst day of the week in my book
Monday you at least still have the taste of weekend on your lips, Tuesday you're fully into the week and there's still so much further to go
Tuesday is my single telework day so I like Tuesday
Wednesday is what sucks. It's like Monday but I don't have a Tuesday to look forward to afterwards.

Once every four weeks, I work a weekend rotation where I take Thursday and Friday off and work Saturday and Sunday. Which means that I work seven days in a row starting on Saturday. And that means that the Wednesday of a seven-day swing combines the exhaustion of Friday with the usual soul-crushing hopelessness of Wednesday. Easily my least favorite day of the month, and one that I use paid time off to avoid whenever meetings allow (spoiler: they usually don't.)
Maybe? For someone who lived so recently, his credentials are a matter of fierce debate, and it's almost impossible to say whether or not he is technically a doctor by the standards of his own age or ours.
