We all know what's up with dessert. What's up is that it is delicious.

From Carrot Cake to Flan
From Ice Cream to just a pure ol' bar of chocolate

Dessert is that something sweet after dinner.




For me, right now, I'm enjoying this awesome carrot cake.
I know that some people are like "carrots do not belong in cake" but those people are stupid assholes.
This is delicious.

I've also been known to bake a mean motherfucking cheesecake. I'm talking cheesecake that will kick your ass three ways to sunday. Those three ways are:
Expertly made crust formed from crushed cookies or graham crackers
Super creamy fluffy actual cheese cake that makes up the body of the treat
Flawless flavor

So, SE++, I beseech you:
Show me your desserts! Tell me of them, so that one day I might make one for my own and scarf down it's deliciousness.

    i make a batch of cakes a week

    last week it was a victoria sponge

    i made rock cakes last week, and they are almost gone

    had loads for lunch

    cake is OK, but it really doesn't hold up next to the brownie. After all, if you get ice cream on your cake, you get mush, but if you get ice cream on your brownie you get something delicious

    Because some people capitalize random words for no reason. I'm not sure why they do it, but I've been seeing it more often as of late.

    Also, I once made a kitty litter cake for my roommate.
    It tasted pretty much the way it looked.

    It's worth noting that British flan is different from Spanish flan, and is in fact pretty good.

    Bad flan tastes like bigfoot's dick.

    Good flan tastes like wonderful pudding with delicious on it.

    Also, creme broule is excellent and I have no idea if it is spelled correctly or not.

    Get flan from a cuban restaurant, it's usually good. If you can see the cook's unkempt chest hair through his completely sweat soaked wife beater then you know you're at the right place.

    Creme brulée. I can't remember where I was but it was some sort of engagement party or something like that for a friend. We went to this fancy ass restaurant and I tried their creme brulée. It was like a chocolate mousse with the carmelized sugar and a hint of cinammon. Oh god I would've been happy if I had died right then; it was the absolute apex of awesome.
