That’s right. November 1st the day secret saints begins. if you don’t know how this works you’re probably not eligible to sign up but I’ll go through it all anyway.
1. Secret Saints is an annual tradition where those who have a little extra give to those who don’t.
2. If you would like to be a Saint all you have to do is PM me and tell me how many people you would like to buy for. You can buy for 1 you can buy for all. Your choice(if you know someone who signed up and have a specific plan in mind let me know and I’ll try to make sure you get that person)
3. If you sign up to give there is no obligation. I’m not going to come hunt you down if you aren’t able to go through with it. Just let me know so I can try to make sure anyone you may have been assigned to gets reassigned,
4. You may stay anonymous if you choose
If you want to receive you have to match this criteria
Not participating in Secret Santa
A known forum person. I can’t allow someone without a presence to be a receiver without some kind of vouch at least from an existing long time member. People are doing this out if the kindness of their heart and I’d like to make sure the gifts go to legit people so this is just the easiest way to do it.
You MUST have an Amazon wishlist - now is the time to go fix it after it sat stagnant for a year
To sign up just PM me and add your wishlist link and address to the PM.Provide clothing sizes if you can. Let me know if there are allergies or religious things we need to know. Are you a drinker? Let me know so you don’t get alcohol if you don’t want it! Also, let me know if NSFW is ok. Not a lot of Saints stuff is NSFW but just in case. Just let me know any restrictions you may have for gifts.
If you have kids or pets or a spouse and would like to receive Gifts for them this is A-OK. Just add stuff to your wishlist and let me know.
When gifts are received you must post in this thread with a thank you and what you received. Pics optional but preferred. If you fail this step I won’t let you play next year! Our Saints should be recognized!

Anyone interested in Elfing let me know. Elves can work as a go between so a saint doesn’t have to reveal themselves to their saintee right away but they need a question answered. You can always ask me but an elf or two is best.

like i said it's ending better than it started, though! self-diagnosed myself with autism and realized i'm not forever-depressed, i just operate differently. came out as trans to irl people and started hrt 3 weeks ago (so i could use a lot of help with the supplies i need there). i got a therapist and psych med provider. joined a local transgender/queer bataireacht class so i'm building community and learning how to beat people up with a stick. next year will already be better than this year just by virtue of being different and also i'll have titties, so maybe this will actually be the final year i need to sign up for this and can start paying it forward again

right now in my life i'm focused on fixing myself and getting my life back together, so i don't really need anything other than the necessary things for survival like food and clothes (i know recreation is important; i have plenty of things for that, just no time). raijin has my address for things not from amazon. i am completely okay with used/refurbished, secondhand, homemade, etc things. save yourself some money and save the planet whenever you can, i know i try to.
I need to dust off my wishlist before I edit it in here because it needs more like reasonable stuff other than big aspirational things I've had on it, and maybe some clothing examples and the like but I mean I usually wear a pocket tee and button fly jeans like it's my uniform.

Seriously: Last year was the first time i ever signed up for saints. It was... honestly a bit overwhelming the amount of gifts i received and the unconditional support. Big shoutouts to @Jedoc again, who when one of the gifts didnt work due to plug differences in US vs NZ, went and bought *extra* fucking gifts entirely of his own accord for me, which is just ????!?!?!?
(Side note Jedoc, that Fiscit mug you got lives on my desk permantly as the home for my mudkip plushy, and it's very good - i enjoy seeing it every day)
