    Asa is going to freak the fuck out, wonder if she blows up at Denji or Yoru here

    Like this is all aiming at another "Denji gets taken advantage of by another woman trying to kill him + Asa freaks the fuck out" type awkward blow up... but part of me feels like they might actually talk things out this time?

    Idk, i think Denji might realize that Asa is just as fucked up as him and that might make things go different this time? Like before with Makima/Himeko/Reze, sex and intimacy was always the goal for its own sake, where the woman serving that goal was something so far beyond/above him that it was like interacting with a god,but it feels like he's at least gotten past that and sees Asa as a (very weird) person?

    Idk, interested in seeing where this goes

    I don't think there was ever a more Chainsaw Man-appropriate way of handling how incredibly awkward this was going to be for all involved.

    My main question is
    did Yoru do this to screw with Asa, because she wanted to, or to let Asa have a shot at happiness?

    I think it's being implied Yoru has kissed Denji before and only just remembered? I think she's just as surprised by this revelation as Denji is. Also, classic Denji is a masochistic bottom situation here lol.

    I'm just so fascinated with how messed up this chapter is, and how I have no idea what the repercussions might be like.
    Will Asa push Denji away? Will Denji push her away? Will both of them push each other away? Or will this incident somehow lead to them committing more to each other? Will one of them do the first thing, and one of them do the other thing? I feel like any of these things could happen!

    So about chapter 167, further thoughts:
    Two stupid, horny teenagers having awkward, messy physical intimacy the first time they attempt it, when neither has any idea of what to do or how to behave? One of the most realistic and believable things ever put to page.

    Chainsaw Man continues to illuminate the human condition like no other work.
