Japan is awesome, but July is not when I would choose to go.
Although the USD is very good against the Yen right now. So at least he'll be getting good value while sweating profusely.

I never knew Super Potato existed despite seeing the building and commenting on it a few times when I was in Japan back in 2008. Only years later did I learn that I missed out on an awesome store. Did check out Several Mandarake stores across Japan. Wish I had more money when I was there cause holy crap they had EVERYTHING.

As a Westerner who's lived in Japan for almost 30 years, I really enjoy being a guide. If the money wasn't terrible and my fat ass wasn't so lazy, I'd do the job. I really wanna grab Jerry - or people here - and help.

Although I am pretty out of the loop on Akihabara. I used to go there a lot, but haven't been to Tokyo since the pandemic. It's... quite crowded.
