    We had the opportunity, in quotes, to meet with much larger charities and try to work with them but beyond a certain size they take on a number of dynamics that don't really seem to serve the principle they were organized for.

    Man that was a polite way to throw an entire damn forest's worth of shade.

    Most charities are terrible.

    Goodwill, Red Cross, Salvation Army are all really bad. Koman Foundation too. Just become about promoting themselves and not about their original goals.

    In my experience, most charities are excellent and work to better society. Many of the huge multinational ones have lost their way, but there are a multitude of small charities that do excellent work. You aren't aware of them, because ironically, they don't put much work into promoting themselves.
