Some very good info so far! I'm more interested on what other people who are more focused on MH content, but I don't even know if they were at the event!

I was curious so I looked up how it was handled for MH:World. I guess it really depends on how far developed or integrated the Gamescom demo in late August will be like and how much more there is to fit into the release. I'd be more wary if they decided to rush release for some arbitrary date (say, Christmas '24)
Rise had a demo in Jan, 2nd demo in early March and release to consoles in late march

Really you have to imagine the possible transmitted bugs in this setting are pretty fearsome, even when accounting for the fierceness of the Hunts physiology

Braining monsters has never disappointed me yet. Going to really miss the high speed multihit version of it though for sure.

In the Wilds video, charging the shield did use the phials as normal. Looked to work the same as it did in World.
