Some friends linked this to me on Steam and my first response was "Nexon...good luck".

I noticed that a Diablo 4 Youtuber that I follow was playing this online last night. I pulled up his stream for a few minutes. I don't know what difficulty he was playing on, but the hit scanning looked extremely generous. There were shots that registered as hits that were clearly misses, and there did not seem to be any discernable damage zones. All shots appeared to be lethal. It didn't seem to matter whether he shot the baddies in the arm, the chest, or the head. He was oneshotting them equally no matter where he hit.

It also looked like there were some really finnicky and fiddly grappling hook mechanics that barely worked.

    Also it looked boring.

Ironmace won their lawsuit. It took them months to get Steam to reinstate the game but last I heard it was at least being sold direct on their site.

Edit: while checking to see if it ever did make it to steam I found it did and it's in my library so... Uh... Yeah, that's how much attention I pay to shit.

    Dark and Darker.

If you like that sort of game, check out Dungeonborne some time. Same genre basically. Friends and I tried it today and had a decent time though we got our faces smashed in a lot as we learned it.
