Yeah. I have one. I t came with the World's Smallest Transformers series figure of Soundwave. Those figures were crazy-detailed for the size.
edit: I just brought it out. Soundwave in his cassette player mode is all of an inch long and 3/4 of an inch tall. It has ball joints on the legs, a mini ravage that fits in its chest, and the two batteries/guns in his back that slides open. The Ravage is small enough that I could lose it if I sneezed.
crap, i just saw that a few days before. it didn't seem to have any RPG elements, and was actually what set off the idea: "You know, what Takara/Hasbro should do is this, but sort of top down, and not being a fucking waste of good characters.":x I actually had an idea of it taking place in a world like Universe, and you could play as literally any Transformer/Go-Bot* including Micromasters, Minicons, and even some fastfood exclusive characters like http://transformers.wikia.com/wiki/Manta_Ray_%28BW%29, there would be six slots in the party, you could have multiple Optimus Primes, there would be online, there would be downloadable characters, there would be filters so that if you didn't want any Animated characters or Triple Changers, for example, that would be possible.
*No playskool style. I mean like Bug Bite or CyKill.
I only got a bit into that Japanese Transformers game, but it wasn't too bad. It was hard, but I think that was because I sucked at playing it. It had English voice acting even. Odd for a game that never made it outside of Japan. In my opinion, the complaints against the game were from the usual fans who treat everything about the old tv show as holy material that it would be sacrilegious to change even a bit.
I mean it wasn't perfect, but I had fun blasting the shit out Autobots with Megatron in gun mode.
Man this was a great season finale. I enjoy everything about this show except one thing (Season Finale and Season 2 spoiler)
Almost every character introduced is immediately killed off. Wreck-Gar, Blur, Omega Supreme, Soundwave, Waspinator (though he wasnt killed, just hasn't shown up). They are all interesting and cool characters, but the show introduces them and immediately gets rid of them. I really hope to see these bots again next season, otherwise they are definitely missing a golden opportunity.

A very consistent problem with childrens programming is little to no changing in the primary cast. It's pretty common for most cartoons to introduce all but maybe a handful of the cast within the first few episodes.
Teen Titans did this, and I was pretty confident they were doing the same thing with Justicle League. I've never been so happy to be completely wrong.

That does seem to make sense. I guess I'm hoping Animated will follow Beast Wars, in the sense that a few characters get introduced in both factions, and are fully fleshed out.
As opposed to the G1 trend of several characters just randomly showing up each episode, with no explanation as to how they got there, or where they were the next episode during the big battle.
Dinobot with the exact same Beast Wars personality paired with TF:A Grimlock while possibly vying for leadership of the Dinobots would be so awesome

Finale was awesome. Was kinda disappointed they couldn't squeeze in a Sentinel-Blackarchnia reunion into the season but whatever.
Also, I'm pretty sure we'll be seeing Female Starscream and Megatron's new lieutenant in Season 3, considering she's basically a competent version of him.
Justice League did have the same cast with one show cameos. JL:Unlimited was an exception in that every episode had a rotating cast, but it still had a "main" cast with certain one show cameos.
so I gotta wait for the american versino to see what the credits say... hopefully.

we both love the toys
We've been browsing the nearby stores, with no luck
Are there any shipping dates more specific than "July" or "August"?
They're out now, if you aren't seeing them they're probably just sold out.
Check Wal-Mart and Target, those are the places everyone is getting them.

They did that already. Apparently it sucked.

The DS game was pretty good, though
The PS2 game based on Armada got pretty good reviews, actually.

what about TF:A Rattrap
Also, Rattrap would be a bit weird since there are like 3 dudes with the same accent already

edit: Come to think of it, Dinobot would work pretty well in TF:A since he was built for melee fighting already.
Never mind, it is cool looking.
I can't believe this show already has two seasons under its belt when it just started six months ago.
I'm kind of worried it's going to speed right up to that magic number of episodes where Cartoon Network automatically axes its shows.
There's a teensy tiny little problem. The show doesn't have much money, which is why Swoop and Snarl weren't voiced. There might not even BE a third season. But, if there is, Oil Slick will be in it! Yay for heavy metal biker bots! http://images.wikia.com/transformers/images/c/c7/Animated_olislick_both_mode1.JPG
They had a couple of oil slicks, a prowl, and a cybertron optimus.
I got the cybertron optimus. A week ago, they had a way bigger selection. Kind of bummed they were out of bumblebee.
