I'm not sure any games have been announced, so everything would just be speculation at this point.

I know that Harmonix is going to have a stage in their booth for people to play Rock Band on.

I would have assumed this were the case.

To the OP: I mean go look at what games are coming out this year, and early next year, from each of the publishers, and you will probably have some idea. It's not like there is a list of every game that will be at E3 before that conference starts. Most of them are obvious with a handful of surprises. I assume PAX will be somewhat the same.

    Expect: Super Mario Galaxy

    Don't Expect: Alan Wake

    Things like that.

Edit above, so people don't get confused.

*sniff* - I hope there's an assasins Creed Demo - I want to see that game up close and personal. That and maybe The new Unreal Tournament

Um... he said that because it was announced on the front page of PA.

Dont expect anything to be there unless its specifically announced by PA or the company that it will be there.

Yes, don't expect any of the obvious games, because those huge booths run by the big publishers will be empty and/or exclusively show games that have not been announced yet. /sarcasm

Like I said, if a game is being released soon, and it's a relatively big deal for that company, more than likely they will show it.

Edit: It was announced to Playstation Underground members that Sony will be showing SingStar™ Rocks!, for the PLAYSTATION®3 and PSP®.

I think the point is that you shouldn't expect something if it hasn't been formally announced because if you expect something to be there and it's not, you've just let your hopes up.

It's like going to a concert and expecting the band to play one specific song. Even if it's a classic or new release, they might not do it. If you expect it, you're likely to feel cheated once it's not delivered. Better to hope and guess without assuming anything.

Ok, thanks! I've taken the tip and edited my OP so it is read correctly.

I don't see much of a difference in your OP other than rephrasing the first sentence and italicizing it, but I'm glad you took my advice to heart.

    That's all I did :)

Back to the topic at hand, maybe we should change the OP of this thread to contain all of the games that we know for sure will be shown. So far Rock Band and Singstar Rocks. Maybe if we troll around in other threads, we can find them. I know Technomancer is showing their new card game or something, right? I'm sure you guys would be better at this than me, but it would be cool to come to one place to look for this info, instead of looking into various threads and PA blog posts, etc. Probably would help the OP poster at least.

I really wanna try out Halo 3, didn't get any of my friends to do the beta...
And Eye of judgement sounds pretty dope from what "Tycho" says think sony might drag that out?

I have an email explicitly stating they will have Singstar, but they don't mention what other games might be there. I would tell you what to assume, but let's not get back into that.

They did show it at the last two E3's right? I remember I sat down for a controlled booth demo at E3 2006. It was cool, but not nearly as cool as I thought it would be.
