Research has been done on this, I think their conclusion was that the people from different parts of the world developed a different muscle structure. And that yes, if you grow up in a community where everybody walks all day and running is the only way to escape poverty, you too can attempt to run really fast and in turn be able to run faster than someone who grew up in a different community.
I think we can agree though that groups of teenagers, regardless of color, will not stop fucking talking in the fucking movie theater.
