Hey, I'm have a question and I really don't know where/how to contact anyone, because I've tried sending emails to pax@penny-arcade.com but they keep getting blocked.
And the forums don't exactly have a help section, and I don't know who to pm, so excuse me for posting here, but -
I pre-ordered two 3-day passes, but I've only received one of them in the mail - unless I should be expecting two different envelopes that come at two different times, I'm pretty sure I should be worried about this.
Could anyone help me or direct me to someone to whom I can contact?
I ordered two Passes for me and my brother and they were in seperate envelopes but ares arrived at the same time so I don't know what you should do but later today a moderator should post on here giving you help.

Yea, I have the same issue I got one of my passes about 4 days ago, but the second one has yet to arrive. If it doesn't arrive by the time PAX gets here, I assume I can bring my confirmation email to the will-call booth and get this cleared up?

I've tried sending two emails from two different addresses to her, but both have been bounced back to me because of the Barracuda Spam Firewall? Help?
I've been having the same troubles with the emails as well, so I might PM Amber, but I'll still be on the lookout for the other envelope.
