Ugh! So I flew from CA and brought my modded XBOX with some nice OLDSCHOOL Nintendo / Atari / SNES games - and I planned on playing them with ma' lady - buuuuuut - the TV in the Rosevelt Hotel has NO VGA hookups....ugh....

So.....I have my laptop - and a Male VGA connector on it - so I'm asking any natives if there are any electronics stores near me that can remedy this grave disservice.
Xbox (not 360....original xbox) to VGA cable.

Help :)

Have you tried EB Games? There're like two in downtown area - in some...plazas. Sorry, I forget which ones; I just got here myself :( I know that big retailers don't carry XBOX cables anymore :|

There's an EBGames in both Westlake Center and Pacific Place mall, both on the bottom floors. To get to the malls from the Convention Center, head one block straight away from the Convention Center front to Pine Street - Pacific Place should be right in front of you, with a Barnes & Noble on the corner. If you then go a block down Pine there's Nordstrom's, and another block gets you Westlake Center.

Strangely, not many electronics shop in the city itself. Those two Dreamwriter mentioned is all I could think of.

I don't understand what you want to do, anyway. That's not VGA Input on your laptop, it's output so you can hook it up to a monitor.

Humm!! I have the VGA cable, but recently I bought a PS3 as well and now i'm using the HDMI thing. Though my 22 inch LCD isn't exactly a monster for resolution.
