The brightlance constitutes the main anti-tank firepower of the Craftworld Eldar. It is a laser weapon, similar in concept to Imperial counterpart, the lascannon, but fires an extremely focused shot, negating the value of extra-heavy armor.
I have neither Vent nor Steam (still updating, apparently forever). I'll be up for a game when/if Steam is done, though.
Anyway, back to faggot crap.
1) I recall DRs shredding Marines due to having a Heavy 2/AP 3 weapon. They couldn't FoF either. I dunno if it's even possible to have then in an RTS and still be useful, except in their current form.
2) I know they don't, but if we're talking balance changes, they should.
3) I only ever took them to piss off my Marine-playing friends. 6 starcannons ftw.
4) The armour types I'm familiar with. If units get bonuses to specific types of armour rather than increased penetration or whatever, that's easy enough to balance.
5) I was meaning TT. Vypers with brightlances were great for sniping vehicles in the rear, but you'd have to give brightlances a big overhaul to get them to work like that now.
I'd rather just give them a long range and require spotters to make the most of it, Rangers or something. I dunno, I need to sit down and work out what I think would work.
Time for lunch. Maybe Steam will be done updating after that.
Ugh, the day that everyone shows up, and I have to deal with friends randomly appearing. Lame. I'll be around for games tomorrow/today/after sleep, though.
Commisar: "You can't kill my Guardsmen, not if I kill them first! Hah, I win!"
Also, random thought for the day, what the hell is keeping Relic from adding an expansion(or better, a sequel) with all the same ground-based RTS action, and a space-based Homeworld/Battlefleet Gothic, that also includes individual space-shooter control of fighters?

Why do you have to thinks so small? Where's the monster ranching?
"Ok, rush to the good midgame melee units and... fuck where are they oh fuck it's a harlequin? That's it? Oh wait no I'm supposed to use banshees? What the fuck is this shit?"

Before I copied your Eldar strategy I used a banshee rush strategy. They make pretty decent units with the Call of War upgrade. Not that great early or late game.
It is no easy task winning a 1v3. You must jump many a hurdle, bettering three armies, the smallest.
Aye, no mere man may win an uphill battle against thrice your men, it takes a courageous heart and will that makes steel look like copper. When you are that, then, and only then, may you win a 1v3.

Pretty decent against not Khorne, Grey Knights, Nobz, tanks, heroes, Necron warriors, or flayed ones.

Anyone want to play?

Space RTS, ha!
I'm not laughing so I can't tell if this is a joke on Homeworld's behalf.
Anyway, I want to 1v1 with you later so I can try out shit to beat your homo greyknight rush.

I would deem them not worth it at all.
Must be the same shit that causes me to lag out.

A website guide to port forwarding. All you need to know is your router serial which is on the router hardware itself.
