I have many Bob Dylan songs on my computer, I do believe.
Saying you don't like Dylan is king of telling that you haven't heard to much from him. He's been around for forty years and he has quite a range. At least as far as folk, rock, blues and country will take you.
Everybody must get stoooooooooooooooooooooooooned!

oh, okay, I have heard some of those and I do like them
I dunno, when I think of bob dylan, I hear in my head a man who cannot hit a note, but I think it's just a mental caricature of him I've got for whatever reason
ET wasn't an alien in 1982, either. He was a cheap puppet. What you see on TV is as much of an illusion as any CGI. You see what the director wants to. Drew Barrymore wasn't acting at an alien. She was acting at a latex robot with a guy's hand up his ass.
Most sets don't exist, either. About half of it is there, it is made out of particle board and styrofoam. The other half is full of electronics, wires, and people in cut-off jeans.
Most people do not have cancer, become Nazis, go crazy or travel through time, but they seem to get along anyways.
It is called acting. One might argue that the entire concept is to pretend that certain things are happening that are clearly not.
Even though it may of been a cheap puppet, they don't have to pretend it's there. They can believe it's real because they're actors. Good actors are taught to believe in what they're seeing and what's happening is real, even though it truly isn't. That doesn't work with CGI.

I concede the point
Yay?
Anyways, Dylan isn't good traditionally. He doesn't have a very traditional voice and he isn't that fantastic of a musician, but the reason he endures is because there aren't too many others out there like Dylan and he has some amazing lyrics.
You don't have to like the guy, but if you think he's a hack, you're probably just an opinionated twat. And believe me, I know opinionated twats when I see them. I am a bit of an expert on the subject.

I am not reading this because you have made it abundantly clear that you don't know what you're talking about.

You fucking idiot.
Acting isn't "Oh, hey could you put a box there so I can have a chair? Or maybe a crane to symbolize the dragon?"
it's "Alright, so, there's a dragon over to the left and a chair to my right? I can work with that."
it's pretty much photorealistic outside of a little plasticiness.
Do you have something that's better than Photorealism that I don't know about?
I think it's got the whole uncanny valley thing going on. It needs to be a little more realistic or a little more stylized. I'm uncomfortable with where the look is right now.

It is also capable of driving men insane.
I have no problem with him or the people that love his music, he just doesn't do it for me
I kinda like that one song that was in The Sopranos, but for the most part, he can't sing for shit and I hate the sound of the harmonica
So it doesn't really matter if he is this great modern poet/lyricist (which he isn't anyway) if I can't bear to listen to his songs
So there

Not to mention voice acting.
28 Weeks Later opening
and WreckTech you are a god damned moron
No it's cool dude he totally saw a play once
That teaches you everything you need to know about acting

Back? I mean I was at rehearsal all weekend so I didn't get my post on but it is not like I was gone gone.
I'd say it's pretty good looking.
That is how I learned to act!
Right, because it's completely impossible to tell that that was CG.
So, yeah. Pretty damn close actually.
I had no trouble telling in the previews that it was CG, and no I didn't know before hand.
