i stop by and skim these forums like once every few weeks, and ive only posted like four or five times. can i still get in on it?

Thank you for your interest, but, as was stated, people have already begun buying and shipping gifts for each other. There is simply no way to work an additional participant in, so you're out of luck this year.
To my Santa: Sorry I haven't posted any of my 'wants' I dont really think its in the spirit.... also since I'm OK with pretty much anything. I'm mostly a Marvel guy however (pretty much anything Marvel). I've been getting into Green Lantern though (since sinistro corps war) and always love me some Batman.
I come home from a long, cold, wet day of work to find an Amazon box on the porch. Scratching my head wondering what the hell I ordered, I open it up to find....
well yeah. y'know, after he's read it. I'm merely making an offer to keep it in a climate controlled environment for him with minimal handling. storage, if you would.
my box is packed and awaiting payday for shipping. some stuff was purchased new, some out of my collection. hopefully they'll dig at least one thing out of the box.

I've read a lot of the CW tpb's, Ulitmate X-men, Ultimate Spider-Man, The Ultimates and Ultimate FF. Also, Preacher (tpb's 1 and 2) are outstanding.
But again, this is just to give people a frame of reference for some of the things I've read and enjoyed, but I have faith that whatever is coming is awesome.

I don't have a camera, so I have to talk about it and say how rad it is.
First up: The Sentry Trade. I have always wondered just how good the Sentry stuff pre-continuity jamming would be, and now I get to find out! I don't know if it is everything Plus, I somehow completely missed the whole "Lost Silver Age Hero" stuff and that always intrigued me, and a lot of it is in the trade. You rock!
Now, I could easily have fallen to my knees to fellate my santron after just this, but no, he had to top himself with Batman: Death and the City by Paul Dini. I haven't gotten to read any Paul Dini Batman (or any Paul Dini comics that aren't Countdown, which is probably like reading nothing at all), so I am super jazzed to crack this open, too.
