Despite my incredibly mediocre performance so far this year (4-5 and 5-4), i can take comfort in the fact that the team with all Eagles is 1-8. It irritated the poop out of me last year when he was doing well last season, because mang, screw the Eagles.

Well, we had three good weeks... I'll have to switch him for the Priest.

I picked up Justin Fargas and Jessie Chatman too.

My theme this year is "average running backs on teams with no passing game".

They said Johnson couldn't put any weight on his leg after the play which is an immediate red flag. So it doesn't surprise me that he's done for the season.

He fell on it pretty awkwardly.

I'd stick with Miami assholeism too, at least those guys will die sooner than the Brady Bunch. That's a terrible thing to say but, well...

Also I kind of wish the Giants weren't regularly ranked ahead of the Packers, since the Packers beat them 35-13 and all.

Everyone keeps saying they're doing great, and they are but look at who they've beat: Washington, Philly, San Fran, Atlanta, Jets, and Miami.

Washington is the best of those teams. The two teams with good records that they've played, they've lost to. (Dallas and Green Bay)

I know it sounds like homerism but I mean 4 of their 6 wins from San Fran, Atlanta, Jets and Miami. All of whom are among the absolute worst teams in the league.

all I want for christmas is a miami victory over New England. I know it seems impossible, what with our starting QB and RB out for the season and the only good WR we had getting traded mid-season, but then I could cling to 1 win this season and still having that undefeated record, not because I think it makes miami better, but because it keeps me warm at night after miami losses.

This weekend was really nice, what with not having to deal with another miami loss and all.

I think the Giants can contend, they're probably already in the playoffs as a Wildcard team. But in the two games they've really been tested in, they've given up at least 35 points and they've lost.

Yeah it's a tough call as they have taken some great strides on the defensive side since those games but who knows if they'll hold up. They got a tough second half of the season coming up facing Dallas again, Minnesota, Buffalo, and New England.
