I will take it upon myself to help organize an East-Coast Supertrip. I would love to have a huge caravan of nerds going across the country. Some raping and pillaging, but most certainly some level of marauding and/or piracy. Anyone up for wardriving across the country to PAX?

join our thread, yo. we're working on it. We could also use some advice from verteran WCSTers. There's a lot we can learn from your two supertrips, I've driven across the country before, just never with other cars in tow.

i volunteer my car this year, as a last resort if more seats are needed. the reason i say last resort is, i'm not sure if it would handle the trip . . . the farthest i ever drove with it is to vegas and it died on me in the middle of flamingo blvd. (faulty alternator)

i assume the basic schedule would be the same as last year where we head out for pax on wednesday and leave for home on monday?

this would be my first WCST

This is Terceldude checking in. If I can get my car up to speed and repaired (it has been stolen, stripped and dumped twice since PAX). If not, I'll probably take the train from Eugene. Freely available outlets, no driving and a beautiful view FTW.

We aren't the beginning, nor the end, but we can sure as hell make a difference if we try.

Any plans so far for the WCST 06? I didnt go in 05, even though I was originally planning to and some of my suggestions for the route were used(Although apparently they sucked according to one person)... But yeah, I went in 04 and I want to do it again this year if Its going to happen...

It's happening, if I have anything to say about it.
