The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
The microwave thing in Batman Begins was pretty silly, but the miniature sun in Spider-Man 2 falling into a river with nary a hint of steam was sillier.
I enjoyed both movies. I don't go into a comic book movie to think.
I don't like those two. Batman looks wrong in them, out of place and out of position. Lights too bright. Should be using just that desk lamp, no overheads. If the lamp falls off during a struggle, then that's even better.
I'd prefer Batman were standing a lot straighter with the cape mostly hiding him. My biggest bitch with these photos however is the lighting. It's like a law of nature - either the brightness of that room should be cut by about 80%, or Batman shouldn't be there.
This, this right here? This is alot of nerdiness, I don't think I can top this even if I wanted to try just as an academic experiment.
I bet I could.

Yes this movie will need more of Batman standing around with his cape draped all around him so when he talks to the Joker its like he busts out his cape with Bat-Punches.

Yes I just got that too! Had you submitted to We Are The Answer? I'm guessing that's where it's from (or it's wicked freaky). And I didn't get the document number, but that sounds right.
Yeah, that one is waaay too short =( I can't wait for a full trailer to come out, oh my god.
It still made me turn on all the lights in my apartment.
Also, I'm a big baby.
Well, I can't say I did the same, but I agree with Doodmann on the "some men just want to watch the world burn" line. That describes the Joker pretty well. Holy crap Heath Ledger is going to be an epic Joker.
Yeah, the makeup was a bit bright, but the creepiness came off really well. I guess that's what I really mean by a Heath Ledger style Joker -- a creepy one versus a whimsical one.
Thanks Lord Dave It was awesome, people had trouble looking me in the eye for too long. And, yeah I wasn't going to off the goatee for the costume =P

Shit, I'd bet actual money that you could.
My God

As Spock, yes.
It'd be cooler if he played Sylar in the movie though.
Eh?
sounds good!
I want him to both play Sylar and Spock. At the same time.
And then the whole last half of the movie would be Spock hittin bitches and Sylar eatin brains.
And then they fight

"some men just want to watch the world burn" sends chills down my spine.
I'm way more excited about this than I was for Batman Begins
It still made me turn on all the lights in my apartment.

Yeah, I went as a Heath Ledger version of the Joker for Halloween:

After all, it's not a set photographer's job to predict what post production will look like
