At the moment I'm feeling very bored with all my games, but I don't have enough money (with it being Christmas VERY soon) to buy any of the big titles. And to be honest, Mass Effect and Assassins Creed don't appeal to me that much!
I was wandering if you guys could suggest some really great Arcade titles to me?
I really like the look of puzzle quest, is there much content to it? I know I cant expect too much...
I've been enjoying puzzle quest for when I just want to sit down for a couple mins and play a game. It's pretty bejeweled with some extra rules for when you're not moving pieces in the game. I'd say I got my money's worth out of it and if you like bejeweled and mild RPG stuff, then it's a fun game.

You will be immensely surprised. It's really a complex, in-depth RPG hidden behind a Bejeweled interface. Besides starting as one of four classes with different skills/spells, you can also research new spells, train enemy mounts, buy dozens of different pieces of equipment (armor, weapon, helm, accessory) that affect your stats, craft your own equipment, hunt for various runes that let you craft equipment and more. You can really tailor your character to the playstyle you want.
If you're looking for a meatier XBLA game, you can't go wrong with Puzzle Quest or Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, as suggested above. I tend to like the more pick-up-and-play XBLA games, mostly shooters like Geometry Wars, E4 and Heavy Weapon (still waiting to pick up Mutant Storm Empire too). Also, you can never go wrong with Bomberman.
After that, I highly recommend Geometry Wars, Carcassonne, Puzzle Quest, and Bomberman.
I semi-recommend Paperboy and Root Beer Tapper, which are classic and awesome but tough and frustrating (not because of XBLA but because of the nature of these games).
I highly recommend against Missile Command. Holy shit, what an awful game.
No one has mentioned Pac-Man: Championship Edition yet? For shame. I wasn't a big fan of the original Pac-Man, but the changes they've made in Pac-Man:CE make it a fantastically fun and fast paced game. Easily the best XBLA game out there (yes, even better than Castlevania:SotN, Puzzle Quest, Lumines Live, and Heavy Weapon, all of which rock).
Catan is great if you enjoy strategy board games. The online play is a little iffy, but playing against the computer or the guy sitting next to you is fun as well.
Band of Bugs was a pretty good turn based strategy game, if you are looking for something with a little more depth, though everyone is right about Puzzle Quest. One games regularly turns into an hour or more.

Yes, Pac-Man CE is amazingly good. I was even at the Xbox 360 Pac-Man CE launch party in NYC. Can't believe I forgot. Too many XBLA titles on the brain.

Pac-Man CE is love. I usually throw that into my shooter recommendations because it tickles a lot of the same parts of the brain. I found these slow shutter-speed pics from somewhere and I love them:
I paid $40 for Rez and it still remains one of my favorite gaming experiences. I've logged quite a few hours in it, and I look forward to paying for the XBLA version so it's in 5.1 and HD.

Very fun, and local multiplayer is fun!

(I gave in.... sent the girlfriend to buy Naruto... and yes I've heard mixed reviews, but I can always trade in!)

What's Rez? :S
It's apparently coming early '08 and been hinted it could even be as early as right around New Year's. I can't wait for that, Omega Five and Ikaruga.
The best hour and a half of your life.

A musical rail shooter of awesomeness. It was on the Dreamcast then the PS2. It's a rather rare game that goes for about 40$-70$.
