Vikings are incredibly fascinating to me.

I just did a speech and research on modern day pirates. They're all on your ships, stealin your goods.

The most badass quote was in a National Geographic article. The author interviewed and followed around a bunch of pirates in Batam. Pirates is a translation that doesn't do the culture justice. They are lanun.
We cast a spell to make the crew stay asleep. We can be invisible, bulletproof. It's a power you learn.

    pirates, ninjas, robots, zombies

you know who doesn't get enough spotlight

    cowboys

    and also

    astronauts

The two most popular career choices for first graders.

    shit yeah

but not these boring ass cowboys these days

all driving their suvs and driving their cows around in those big truck things

I'm talkin' badass frontiersmen, walking their cattle across enemy territory, making buffalo extinct and exploiting indians lack of concept of ownership

    good times

A six on each hip and a permanent scowl.

    hell yeah, son.

You guys realize your basically recreating the thought process that resulted in firefly.

I've never seen firefly, so no I was no aware of this.

Samuel L. Jackson can be their superior who they report to, he seems to like that role a lot

It would be sweet if the plot took place in Val Verde.
