Well it comes out here in the next hour or so. Sources say Roger Clemens and Andy Pettitte are on the list.

There are expected lists out right now but I don't totally trust those. I'm just hoping they announce everyone before I have to leave for Florida for my brother's wedding.

    Yeah I am not at all surprised about Clemens. On Mike and Mike their sources told them if you are hoping to hear big names, the report won't disappoint.

    why would the league investigate when it will cost them both millions of dollars to conduct the investigations and millions from the scandal it causes?

    Because steroid usage outside of the supervision of physicians is illegal. The investigation is supposed to show proof the MLB "sports authorities" were involved in the scandal at every level.

    The reason I am against it is because it is unfair to the players who are equally talented but unwilling to take the risk of using banned substances.
