why can't i change my title?

somebody f'ing hacked my account, and now i have this stupid title, and i can't change it. how do i fix this?

    oooh, you are lucky. You got singled out by a moderator and they bestowed their personal opinion upon your title. This is a very rare occurance, you should be happy.
