    You want to build up foreign agriculture? It's simple, stop the idiotic agriculture subsidies in the US. It wouldn't hurt to cut the tariffs of Brazillian sugar cane and the subsidies for ethanol.

    I agree with Incenjucar, by the way. Every time I heard him talking about funding this, passing that, I was like, "whoa wait a sec." I'd like to know how well adjusted our current spending is before we start throwing more into it.
