Just Curious about the podcast

I've always been somewhat of a fan of penny-arcade, though recently i started listening to their podcast. I found that i get much more out of the comics when i know what kind of thought goes into them. So now I've listened to most of the podcasts and i was just wondering how regularly they come out usually, it seemed like they were on a fairly consistent schedule until the most recent one. Thanks a lot for any info.

    They're inconsistent as hell with them. Before this recent streak, the last one was in September.

    Which is a shame. The first one I listened to was for the Ungift part 2 and it was pretty funny, so I went looking for a few others from the past.

    Man, this is gonna sound weird, but I've listened to the podcasts tons of times. I've even fallen asleep with them playing on my computer speakers. it's like having Mike and Jerry as my best friends, having a nice dialogue as I drift off...

    Shit, for $50 I will kneel next to your bed and breath on your neck while you fall asleep. Of course, I reek like American Spirits smokes and PBR. For an extra $20 I will wear cloths while I do it.

    The podcasts do indeed have a lot of replay value. They don't really get old.

    From what I've gathered, they record pretty much every day, but don't necessarily take the time (or Kiko doesn't necessarily have the time) to edit it down and make it entertaining. They write the comic for three hours in the morning, every day, and the boring stuff and stuff that is under NDA etc needs to be removed before it's fit for our ears. And that takes a while.

    Just finished listening to all the podcasts. A several month endeavor.

    Dog damn they are funny as shit.

    Is there a best podcast thread? If so I'd like to nominate "Whence Wii" as one of my all time favorites.

    They always seem to stop round about now. They only upload them if they think they're worth listening to, if they even record them at all, and Kiko edits it, which in my experience can take around twice as long as the show itself. And about this time of year they've all got much more important things on their minds.

    EDIT: Did I just say exactly what I said in the post above? Man, I'm a broken record.
