    Here, wikipedia and uptodate.

    Uptodate is this medical database of basically everything ever, its nice because you can search it easily. But to many doctors treat it as gospel when its written by 2nd year medical students, a lot of the info it says has no evidience to support it. I guess its kinda like doctor wikipedia.
