What website has benefited you most in the most awful way?

For me, it's the porn sites that are like YouTube... Now, I can quickly and easily and fairly discreetly look at porn at work, without risking a virus or anything... So bad for my productivity.

    I love Wikipedia. However, no matter how much time I spend reading it, I'm never any closer to understanding the DC Multiverse.

    Also, using StumbleUpon to stumble through Wikipedia...such a productivity killer.

    Actually, StumbleUpon in general is a huge time-waster.

    Youtube gets me stuck a lot, especially when I'm watching an animated show or looking up something like Flight of the Concords songs.

    I used to get stuck wiki-ing comic book characters but now I've amassed a good mass of knowledge about them and my curiosity isn't as strong.

    Whenever I'm feeling like I lead a fucked-up life, I check some of the "Tales of/from" threads in the Goldmine, or just browse the forums in general, and I start feeling pretty damn normal.

    Also wikipedia. I've spent an entire period just reading the articles about the various Watchmen characters before.

    I saw photos of my ex on 4chan like a week ago. To my best knowledge she has never once spoken to me or mentioned at all the site or anything to do with posting images on the internet. We broke up like 6 months before this of course.
