Achievements bugs?

So I was playing skate and working on unlocking a bunch of the achievements. Anyways, I finally get the one I am going for, but instead of the proper one unlocking, it unlocks a bunch of the multi player ones I didn't do, and doesn't give me the one it was supposed to... I just got my 360 like a couple of weeks ago, and I am curious if this type of thing is common or not. I am a fan of the whole achievements idea, so this was sort of a bummer.

It was supposed to give me Master Flicker, but instead I got a bunch of those online ones (Icon Trickster, En Fuego!,Warming Up, etc).
I can't remember what achievement I had gotten that triggered it, it occurred so long ago. But it has only happened to me with skate, so it's probably a game-specific glitch.

In GH3 you can glitch the game and get Achievements you haven't done. I would hate this, but seriously, who the fuck wants to play the game with a standard controller to get it the legitimate way?
In Assassin's Creed, I must have counter-killed 600 times and never got the 100 counter-kill Achievement.
I know there was a bugged achievement in PGR3 involving the online mode, but they patched it.
As for just bugged out ones that you get for no reason, there's two in the Ninja Turtles arcade game. You're supposed to get one for falling in manholes 5 times, but the game just randomly gives it to you whenever it feels like it. The other is for beating the final boss without getting hit with the instant kill attack, but it almost never unlocks, until one day it randomly will.
Most random bug ever? O_o
It wasn't quite that generous to me.
I got this the legit way.
Then someone discovered the glitch.
I was pissed.
Other than that, Have not heard of anything like that.

As far as I remember, I think you just did the unlock everything cheat and then play La Grange as a certain character with a certain guitar. I hear it's been patched though.
Not sure if I could've reported the error to Microsoft, but it's been to long to do so now, and I don't particularly care about my achievements anyhow.
Did you get the one in Cohens apartment. On two playthroughs I missed it, and kicked myself when I found out about the secret room it's in.

Yeah I got ALL of them I even double-checked it against several FAQs and it still didn't give it to me. I even got the special photography achievement with Cohen if you let him live first time you meet him.
