Order of the Stick: the Board Game!

Would anyone be up for a round of OOtS at PAX?

I'm thinking about bringing the board, but I'm not sure if anyone would be into it (and/or the time commitment required to play).

If there's a lot of people who'd like to play, I'll bring it along and maybe leave it in the gaming room for people to use as they wish.

Oh yeah! The game's a lot of fun. Time consuming, but fun.

If you can't wait until PAX to play it, you can order it at Paizo.com (I think that's the site), or go to a local comic shop.

Basically, you choose one of the main characters and descend into a randomly generated "board" (made of cards as tiles, so you never play the same game twice). You collect humorous loot, earn humorous abilities, and backstab/ally with friends to win the game.

When I played a "small" game though last time I played, it took 2 hours or so. That's the only thing that makes me hesitate about bringing it.

I am up for OOTS, though it can turn into a long game real easy.

Shit oh man yes. I bought this, but my friends are afraid of spending six hours at a board game.

    Pansies.
