as great as Nimh and Labyrinth are, I submit that Princess Bride is clearly superior to both
princess bride is in a different category though, so it can be awesome also, and not detract from the awesomeness of the others
I'm really curious what category you're putting them into that Princess Bride doesn't fit into
i guess i kind of put nimh and labyrinth into the 'super fantasy fantastic' part of my brain, and even though princess bride is also fantasy, it more seemed to me like a satire, dry humor movie that anything else.
now you're just picking nits
its true though, i somehow never thought of them in the same category in my head.

we could talk about Disney's long in development remake of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves into a samurai epic called Snow and the Seven, with a script written by Michael Chabon

What happened to the 3rd installment of the Toy Story movies they were talking about years back? It was gonna heavily feature Japan as the root of all evil.
Maybe the new ride opening this summer will help get it back on track. The second ride in the Disneyland area with a Toy Story theme

Is this the Jet Li produced Snow White remake that Natalie Portman mentioned on Conan's show about a month ago?

Pulitzer Prize-winning author Michael Chabon will write "Snow and the Seven," an East-meets-West retelling of "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs," for Walt Disney Pictures. Hong Kong director Yuen Wo Ping will make his English-language directorial debut on the film, which Andrew Gunn is producing.
"Snow and the Seven" will be set in 1880s British colonial China and will have fantasy and martial arts elements, with the "seven" being Shaolin monks. The story also will hearken back to aspects of the original Grimm Brothers' fairy tale.
It's in development hell now though

Raneados makes that face when he photographs. He should cosplay as the Goblin King instead of a woman in boots.
