    Think about it

    oh thank god

    wait shit.

So I weighed myself and I've lost about 30 pounds from the beginning of the year until yesterday. I've grown some muscle too, so that's more fat lost.

You can still roll me though. There's so much work to do.

When I decided to get not-chubby I lost 80lbs, then put some weight back on in the form of muscle. Wife loves my arms :)

Give us some specs. Regimen, schedule, foods, vitamin intake, and weight prior to starting.

I've gained 15lbs in the last 2 months.

Good thing it's not fat though.

240lbs prior to starting. Quite smoking, quit drinking so much beer, cut out sugar, pizza, all fast food, switched to non-sweetened cereals for breakfast, simple small sandwhich for lunch, and meat-veggie combo for dinner, sometimes with a bread add-on. Started working out every day of the week, two days in a row running, third day was weights & abs. Now I run every day with weights & abs every 2nd or 3rd day. Pretty much the same diet, although I have allowed a little bit of sweets back in.

My problem is, I can stay strong for about a month. After that I start to crack little by little until I fall full blown back into my old habbits. I gave up pop for three months, had one sip and I was right back at it. It is strange though because a I quite smoking cold turkey with no problems. Also trying to find time to work out while working and taking care of tasks at home doesn't quite work out either. Always trying to cram 25 hours into each day.

I've been riding my bike to work for about a month or two and also riding it everywhere else I go in the city.

Only been hit by 1 car so far. Very close to getting hit by a truck once. And I've also almost run down a couple pedestrians.

So while I may be healthier, I have only moved closer to death.

    It's fun though!

I didn't ride yesterday on account of rain, but I had to run an errand today (Cash my tax return, Woot!) so I had to amend my route today.

Halkun's route going to the bank

It added an extra mile (Now up to 7) and it only took me 20 minutes to do the first leg.
