Hey Jordyn, could you screen cap Terry in Egg-baby giving the rasberry? I'd sing your praises for it!

My DVD drive doesn't work, but maybe I could have Fram do it when he gets home later.

Hooray! I'm going to make it my Av. It seems that even though I like the drama and super-action, the humorous episodes are always my favorites.

    Riddler, huh?

I always thought Riddler's Reform was the best episode involving our man in green and punctuation marks.

I just watched The Once and Future Thing Part 1 and I'm wondering at what point in the future robot pteranodons, raptors, and pegasi become common modes of transportation. That's going to be awesome.

    oh em gee you guys.

We just recorded a commentary on The Greatest Story Never Told.

The audio is still kinda rough, we'll probably need to get two mics, but otherwise I think this is pretty great. I'll try to get it to Geek tomorrow, to see if he will actually put it up on his site or what.

Thanks to Redeemer as my Secret Satan, I got JLU Volume 1 today, and just watched the first four episodes

then I started to feel sleepy, and thought "i'll stop to play some Yoshi's Island DS"

and then the game pissed me off

so now I want to watch more :x

That episode with Question, Green Arrow, and Supergirl suffers from "let's put shitty 3D in our 2D cartoons" syndrome

I just saw "Clash" again on the DVD, it's filled with all kinds of stupid. Then I forgot every single complaint I had, when Supes and Marvel duke it out. That fight was so awesome, despite being stupidly destructive.

a couple of people in SE++ thought it was Darkseid, because of the red eyes, and then they said "oreos" and i said "j'onn, dumbasses"

It matters that J'onn's human. I mean, sure, when he's "John Jones", it's an opportune time for them to get politically correct and add a black guy to the show (since he's a shapeshifter), but he shouldn't have glowing red eyes.

    PODCAST

So after trying to work something out with Geek only to have him suddenly disappear, I talked to good sir bobgorila, who has graciously offered to provide a home for our first podcast.

    http://moralindifference.com/podcasts/

    BAM.

The first episode is Greatest Story Never Told. Download the podcast and start it right as the episode starts (when the WB logo pops up). We're working on a better way for us to give starting instructions, this one just sorta happened this way. I really really hope this works ok and that you guys like it.

I liked the thing about Hoodie Guy showing up because Booster is really bad at crowd control. And the explanation surrounding Carless Joe, and "the trains are probably dragons or something".

I have to say though, I was surprised by how nerdy you both sounded, giggling and chuckling worse than Jimmy Fallon on SNL, only it was funny here. Your voice is also much deeper than I imagined. Like, Brooklyn-accent "could probably beat up Munch's frail skinny ass" deep.

Do more, with more stories surrounding your encounters with various DCAU affiliates.

Oh man, someone actually did download it.

And yes, I keep telling you guys, I have a deep voice and everyone is like "haha, I'm sure" until they hear it and then they are usually afraid of me.

I'm so glad you enjoyed it, Munch.

Everyone listen and give me more comments/suggestions so we start to sound less stupid or something, I dunno.

Y'know, when I was watching JLU seasons 1-2 on DVD, I was a bit disappointed at first. The hour-long episode format seemed to be ideal, as there was time for lots of plot exposition, the awesome dialog that the DCAU is known for, and usually several fights. The first several episodes were a little less awesome to me, until the Cadmus thing started to take off.

I've seen all of Batman, seasons 1-2 of Superman, Batman Beyond seasons 1-2, and all the JL released.

From what I've seen, the Cadmus arc is the best thing the Timm team has ever done. And that's saying something.

You don't have a deep voice until you can sing "Swing Low, Sweet Chariot" and give it the appropriate emotional weight.

I liked it a great deal despite not having the episode readily available to watch at the same time. Best parts were probably the anecdotes and discussion about the Bystander League.

I'm sure you'll only improve once you've gotten used to doing this kind of thing.

Mikesta, have you not seen the end of Superman then?

Because it had a pretty badass ending, considering that most of the time Superman was fairly lighthearted, especially in comparison to Batman.

Thanks for the comments, guys. Maybe we'll try another one tomorrow night? Are you having trouble with syncing it up?

Not only is he secure enough to wear a pink shirt, but he's also classy enough to not make a big deal about how wearing pink means he's secure.

    That's a real hero.

I've read the Animal Man trades a bunch of times. I actually became a vegetarian immediately after my first run through. Now I get to feel an unearned sense of superiority whenever I spot anyone eating a cheeseburger. Thanks, Grant Morrison!
