The happiness thread

Remember back when we had the whining and bitching thread, and i was all ABLOO about losing my job?

I found out today that I got the assistantship that I applied for a couple weeks ago, so I'll have seamless tuition coverage, and a slight raise, and hells yeah.

Also, i'm probably going to be making an offer on a pretty nice house at the end of the week.

Also, I got laid the past two nights in a row.

Additionally, I've been sticking to working out about 5 times a week, and I'm starting to see some results.
So, things are pretty not terrible.

So SE, what are you happy about?

I'm getting married on Saturday and everything seems to be coming together after a few weeks of mass planning of things

I will be much happier when it's over and we can go from focusing on making everyones day at the reception great and back on being happy together.

I'm happy that my new desk was delivered a couple hours ago.

I want to go home and put it together so bad.

Good bye, 20 year old crappy particle board/laminate desk, hello new shiny glass/powder coated steel desk.

Hahahahaha cheque. How about bankdraft foreigner guy person.

When the wife and I sat down and realized how much a wedding would cost, we called off the big day and got married at a Justice of the Peace. Then a year later we bought a house instead. It worked out well for us.
