Tabletop Tournaments?

Any word on what games/formats are going to be used for the tabletop tournies? I assume that W40K and WHFB will at the very least get their own tournies, but what of points values and rules?

I'm scrambling to put together my 1500pt Farsight Tau army in time for PAX and would like to know if I only need a combat patrol army or if it's going to be at 1850pts.

Is it typical for the tournament information to go up at the last possible minute? Or did I just miss the memo?

    last year the 40k @ pax was 40k in 40mins rules, so 400 points. I'm bringing my whole army though, if you'd like to get a game in.

    Geez, I might just have to do that.

    They... they don't all gotta be painted, right? I just finally got my stuff out of a two-year storage and haven't got more than a couple guys painted yet.

    will there be any casual play? im a relative noob to both PAX and tabletop games, but i'd like to get some good playtime in.
