Am I the only one not digging Kubert's art in Batman?
It looks like Jim Lee so much. So is that kid Talia's son? Is that cannon? I hope he grows out of being a complete spoiled brat.

I follow console news because it's fun, like tracking the rivalries in what was once called the World Wrestling Federation. There are larger than life characters. There are signature techniques.

I wonder how long it will take them to forget about the kid or retcon his heritage. Or maybe kill him.
And really, Bruce should be kind of freaking out more.
Really? That's not what I remember from Son of the Demon. So they changed it so Batman was date raped, then?
well
um
since the whole impetus is once again superboy prime's super time punches
i just figured that the continutity from son of the demon 'slid over' or whatever just enough that talia remembered it and the child existed, but not enough that bruce remembered it
edit- after all, it was a 9 month period for talia, but just one night for bruce

she was a little more invested
When I read it I took it as Morrison more or less ignoring the actual story from son of the bat, and just going with the idea. Unless we see Bats a few issues later going..
"Holy shit..I am retarded and something, I did lay that bitch..willingly!"
I guess DC's said they'll never do a crossover with Marvel until Quesada leaves. So... Wildstorm? Image? It'd be kind of cool to see Invincible show up in a DC book, after briefly visiting the Marvel universe.

Apparently some of the panels in Infinite Crisis were changed in the collected edition to indicate that Earth-2 might still be around, so maybe Keith's right.

Well, Ultraman and Owlman are on the cover for the Batman/Superman Annual
Well, Ultraman and Owlman are on the cover for the Batman/Superman Annual
The whole team was already featured in the JLA arc prior to Crisis of Consience. I forget the circumstances that led up their meeting.
The events of JLA/Avengers screwed up the "Evil always wins in this universe" thing they had going. They assumed the JLA had done it somehow, and invaded the matter universe, figuring that if their "evil always wins" rule was gone, the regular universe's "good always wins" rule would also be gone.

Gracias. It's been awhile, and I don't remember if I liked that arc or not. Syndicate Rules..that was it.
I seem to recall it went on forever. I was really disappointed by Busiek on that arc- his Avengers "Heroes Return" stuff is, along with Morrison's JLA, the reason I read comics. Syndicate Rules, though, was definately eh. Captain Marvel did get briefly turned inside out, though.

'Bout halfway down the page, a cover featuring the return of the spot!
In the solicits, an Iron Man miniseries written by Adam Warren and a mini-series detailing the war between the Inhumans and humanity. Wow, this may be the first Iron Man book I ever buy.

Why would he be freaking out? Countless psychopaths, a crisis at every corner, no room for the shark repellent..
You think a spoiled little busted condom is going to freak him out?

Seeing that he's fighting crime in the name of his own parents, yeah it should shake him up a little.
In the book Talia asks if he remebers the night and he essentialy says no.
he didn't want to remember that talia had both male and female genitalia, so he blocked it out.
Wow. On that note..
Howard Porter art = :^: :^:
Though Freddie looks kind of :v:

I think that's the idea. Not positive, though.

A few hints about upcoming DC projects in the latest DC Nation.
- Geoff Johns working on Green Lantern and Action Comics Annual
- "Marv Wolfman, Nightwing is yours for the next year"
- "Keith Giffen. A crossover between universes is exactly what we need"
- "Brad Meltzer, Don't think he gave too much away about Booster"
- "Dan Jurgens, Metapmorpho Year One is a go"

Either that or the reference to giving his suit to someone. Possibly a later 52 storyline?

and then they'll erase them in 20 years
