Q. why was the workout changed Tube
A. Because variety is the spice of life. This new program has a revised exercise order and some different lifts that require equipment you may or may not have available. The Mk2 workout was designed with very limited equipment in mind. It also replaced one or two exercises with more effective variations.
the beginning of this thread is always a bunch of people saying "so I am going to start working out " and then by page thirty they've all given up and by ninety it's just me and the wook and defender
I started working out last week at my school gym. I definitely did not stretch my arm's properly, because I haven't been able to move my right on all weekend.

No pain, no gain.
that's normal, it's not related to stretching. stretching before weight lifting is bad for you.
This week I will avoid carbs to make up for all the grillin out food and beer I consumed this 4th of July weekend. And I will double my squat reps and deadlift reps because why the fuck not.

I hadn't really noticed that the trend had a correlation to thread length. Interesting.
I just ate a fourth of a container of americone dream and three powdered donettes and some pink starbursts and a handful of strawberries soaked in sugar water
I'm debating whether to continue with weights at all, actually, since I'm really trying to lose some excess poundage. However, I find that having the ability to lift big heavy things quite useful almost all of the time.

weight training will help you maintain muscle mass, burn more calories and keep your metabolism high.

It might not be the most healthy thing to worry about your actual weight. Do you have a really good reason for that?
Diabetes is my primary concern; I'm trying to lower my insulin dependency by reducing my body-mass. Technically, I believe I am clinically obese, but I'm not one of those fatties who needs a scooter to take care of his daily business.

well, if you're diet is in order both weight training and cardio will help your goals. Do what makes you happy and stick with it.
You can't out train a bad diet.

You take batter and pour it into a pot of boiling oil in a sort of swirly motion until you get kinda what looks like a pretzel made by someone with parkinson's, then pull it out and cover it in powdered sugar.

like tube said, diet is way more important than exercise for what you're trying to accomplish. if you're really concerned about diabetes, make sure to avoid simple sugars. fruits and vegetables, whole grains, beans and nuts should be just about all you eat that isn't meat. type II diabetes trends to obesity but isn't necessarily caused by it. it's important to regulate insulin by eating small low-GI meals throughout the day to keep your blood sugar stable.
this will have the added effect of making it easier to lose weight, so it's win-win.

are you sure they are real exercises?

yeah, I would. Or on seperate days.
Warm up by doing some light sets to prepare your muscles for heavy loads.

and strawberries swimming in sugar sauce!!

so are funnel cakes, though. But strawberries are totally a fruit so that's healthy.
black,boysen,rasp,and lingon are delicious
Hour, hour and a half each day.
Ideally this and a slight diet change will do the trick.
Ung, I need to stick with it this time.
