The new forums will be named Coin Return (based on the most recent vote)! You can check on the status and timeline of the transition to the new forums here.
The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
The current plan is to attempt to start the Holiday Forums on December 23rd sometime during the day. During this time, the Future State Planning Center will remain open. The Holiday Forum merge will last (if Vanilla cooperates) until January 3rd.
So, if you try to put something non-Standard into the title field, it accepts it, but then doesn't print it correctly and just leaves it as the unconverted unicode. At least, I assume that's what the issue is. For example:
最後にはどうか... 幸せな記憶を... (quote from Air) goes in fine and turns your title into a board stretching monstrosity.
And even as I preview it, I see that it's getting parsed into the proper Unicode stuff, but apparently the title has that disabled or something even though the field accepts is as valid input.
