So I've been doing a bit of business on the side here. Reparing PCs for my neibhors and their friends or what have you. But I've decided to take it a step further and advertise to the masses. To do that my first step is going to be plastering fliers at local grocery stores, if stuff happens from there I'm going to put an ad in the paper, and so on and so forth. But I wanted to know what you guys think of my flier so far. If you wouldent mind taking a look at it.
And since I have no clue if we can even add attachments and I don't wanna spend an hour searching for a webpage to post it, heres the stright text no formatting version:

got any credentials? I'd list them if you do. Any sort of courses on computer stuff. Make sure you list anything like that, because most folk won't trust their computer with some random, uneducated dude off the streets. I'd also mention which OS' you have experience with (vista, xp, linux, etc.)

Oh yeah. Well I am a former Staples Easy Tech and Cisco Certified.
Oh, yeah, looks decent. Definitely remove the store names.
Also, some friendly advice, keep lots of fucking paperwork. Also be prepared to deal with stupid people. The public tends to be a lot more ass-holey than your friends and neighbors.
Also keep track of all money coming in, a lot of people don't, then the IRS comes down on your ass when they find out.
bowen on
not a doctor, not a lawyer, examples I use may not be fully researched so don't take out of context plz, don't @ me

until today I've been an Easy Tech at Staples, and before that a On Campus Tech at Ball State and I've worked retail for about 7 years so I know about people being dumb and assholes.
And yeah I need to get my Excel on for the first time in years and make a spread sheet of cash in and out, as well as schudels and make up some Invoices so I can keep track of billing.

ie: Diagonstic
well I was using that as a comparision. They charge $100 or more then what I charge. I kind of wanted to get that message across.
