I just read this on SavyGamer, and I know that Lewie is jailed (again...) so I thought I would post it for you guys.

    Dang it! I could have imported a non-US DSL for only $20 more than retail..

    Oh well. (I already have a red/black one now)

    The opening is a little off. It's 25% off everything except game systems & items released in the last 30 days. Still an awesome sale though.

    I wonder if DJ MAX Portable 1 is cheap yet. I got the second from a seller at another forum.

    I also wouldn't mind trying Initial D Street Stage.

    It's more tempting to buy imports for region free systems(PSP in this instance).

    This might be a mistake so better pick it up fast before they fix it: Halo 3 (which is region free) is a mere $15.

    US version of Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne is $33. Also $26 for US Persona 3: FES.

    Also, I've been tempting to pick up Soldner-X (an import PC shmup), but thought $50 was too much. $38 is a bit more like it.

    "Usually ships within 5-15 days" means not in stock right now, it has to say "In stock, usually ships within 24hrs" to qualify.

    Although keep and eye on it, since they have said that they will be restocking things during the sale.

    so i went through this with ratchet and clank (asia best of edition), but no luck for the 25% off

    As far as I can see, its 25% off "everything", with everything actually meaning "25% off everything we've chosen at this moment to have 25% off"

    As an example, Im looking to try and get a DS lite, but at the moment, loads are in stock right now, but not under the deal, yet they all came out more than 30 days ago so...

    I can't find the main banner for the deal any more, but I'm pretty sure it said game systems less than 30 days old weren't under the offer. I'm not 100% sure on that though.

    EDIT: Yeah, in the small print at the bottom of the ad, it exludes "Video games systems and products released during the last 30 days"

    Aha, I read that as "Video games systems and products released during the last 30 days" not "Video games systems and products released during the last 30 days" if that makes sense.

    Indeed. Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 on the PS3 is not 25% off. It's the same price as it was before this "sale." I looked through several other PS3 games and can't find a discount either.

    Also, with the overseas shipping - if you live in the U.S. - how much do you save, exactly? It can't be but a couple of bucks.

    Well, I put three things in my cart and only one was with the discount. Oh well.

    I first added Ouendan, but no discount. Although, the price isn't bad considering if you go to amazon it is like $60-70. Next I added a Tom Nook plush, which was discounted. And then I added a Pokemon FR/LG strategy guide which wasn't discounted. Still good for me because I was planning on getting all three things eventually, so why not now when I am being suckered into buying stuff?

    Edit: Well, I guess Ouendan IS discounted. Whoops, me dumb.

    Edit Edit: I changed the strategy guide to a $15 art book for Resident Evil: UC. It looks fun and I like art books.

    Just to clarify -- Nocturne was Amazon's Deal of the Day a few days ago. It was a new copy of the game for 29.99, but that price was only valid for one day.
