    Realistically, I have two questions:

    1) How will this run and

    2) How many discs?

    Switching discs isn't really a big problem but MS needs to quit being fucking retarded about their packaging of multi-disc games.

    It is a sad, sad day for fanboyism and sony; I watched an entire playthrough of MGS4, the game was good enough to make me want to buy a ps3, but only because I've played and beaten almost all of the FF games (even XI) and would not miss ff13 for anything...

    Ouch. A lot of my friends bought the ps3 for two games. MGS4 and FFXIII. Most of them already owned xb360.

    At least this way many more people get to enjoy what is probably going to be a great game.

    Because I only have a 20 gig hard drive, which is almost full. And if its like Lost Odyssey and has 4 discs I doubt I could copy all of them.

    I'll be sure to copy most of Disc 1 to the remaining 8 gigs I have on my 20gig HD.

    Yeah, I'll probably have to wait to see which version is better. I'll probably end up getting the PS3 version, just because it will be on fewer discs, and in theory will run smoother since it was developed for it. But if there is some compelling reason to get it for the 360, I may.

    Lost Odyssey came on four discs, but probably could have fit onto two if they'd only had English and Japanese voice acting. I can't see FF coming on more than four discs, and MS won't use any blu-ray/etc add-on for games.

    The real question now is if Final Fantasy 13 is going to be a really good game or just an average game that gets its flaws overlooked because it's a FF game.

    I'm sorry, but FF12 got really boring quick when all of a sudden I'm twenty levels too low to fight all the enemies in the five areas I have to cross to get to the next story point, which I know will just be "show up and get a fetch quest" bit that delays actual story delivering.

    I will be getting one eventually, the FF13 announcement doesn't effect that in anyway. I'm just waiting to see if the ps3 will lose some weight first though.
